Job summary

BRINC seeks a Senior Technical Program Manager to own how the LiveOps cloud platform connects to CAD, RMS, and public safety systems. This is a customer-facing role, leading onboarding for new agencies and driving third-party integrations from strategy to launch.

You’ll collaborate with agency IT, dispatch operations, and vendor teams, with a dedicated Cloud Software / Web Platform engineering group backing you. Strong technical fluency and business judgment are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 7+ years of technical program management delivering cloud software with external customers and partners.
• Proven track record owning customer-facing programs as the accountable contact.
• Experience establishing and managing third-party technical partnerships with scope and commitments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end onboarding of new customers onto LiveOps integrations: discovery, requirements, setup, go-live and handoff to support.
• Define and drive the third-party integration strategy for LiveOps, balancing demand, terms, feasibility, and roadmap.
• Establish new integration partnerships with vendor engineering for APIs and data-sharing terms.
• Exercise judgment on build vs buy vs defer and structure partnerships that fit BRINC and customers.
• Drive delivery of integration development with the Cloud Software / Web Platform team and manage dependencies.
• Own troubleshooting for integrations in the field and coordinate fixes with BRINC and partner teams.
• Serve as the primary contact for integration customers and partners across multiple stakeholders.
