You will champion AI tools like Copilot and Claude to streamline management and foster adoption across teams, influencing broad stakeholder alignment in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in a technical program/ project function with experience working directly with product and engineering teams.
• 5+ years managing projects through execution and engaging with senior executives.
• BA/BS or equivalent experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lead one or more large-scale complex technical programs with significant bottom-line impact from conception to launch.
• Drive prioritization of program goals aligned with technology, product, and business strategy.
• Coordinate across Software and Hardware Engineering, Security/Compliance, Solutions Design, and Support teams to ensure on-track delivery.
• Establish program KPIs and report health to management and executives; manage risk and outliers.
• Continuously optimize processes and promote efficiency through best practices.
• Leads cross-functional meetings and workshops, ensuring structured, productive outcomes.
