Job summary

ManpowerGroup, through Experis, seeks a Technical Program Manager-Physical AI to lead hardware-focused programs across Boston, MA and Redmond, WA. The contract role demands deep technical TPM skills to drive hardware builds, lab readiness, validation campaigns, and multi-team coordination.

You will own the program plan, manage risks, dashboards, and escalation paths, and ensure alignment between onsite labs and engineering teams with broader stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, CS, or a related technical field.
• 7+ years of technical program management experience, with hardware/robotics exposure.
• Strong technical foundation to understand hardware build processes and validation workflows.
• Proven track record in managing complex multi-workstream programs in ambiguous environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to write status updates and risk registers.
• Experience building program management infrastructure (processes, tools, cadences) from scratch.

Responsibilities

• Own the integrated program plan for the Boston hardware AI team including hardware builds and lab operations.
• Maintain and manage dependencies across onsite and remote teams; identify risks early.
• Establish cadences: sprint planning, milestone reviews, risk reviews, cross-team syncs.
• Track actions, decisions, and commitments; ensure follow-through and accountability.
• Build program dashboards for leadership visibility into status, risks, and blockers.
• Facilitate tradeoff discussions with the right stakeholders and document outcomes.
