Job summary

Astranis Space Technologies Corp. in California is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to drive large hardware programs from planning through delivery, with high visibility and significant impact across engineering and business.

You will partner with Engineering, Production, Sales, Supply Chain and Finance to manage schedules, budgets, risks, and tradeoffs, drive execution, communicate progress, and ensure on‑time, on‑spec delivery for strategic satellite programs.

Qualifications

• BS in an engineering discipline.
• 8 years engineering experience on large complex hardware programs.
• 4 years engineering management or project management experience.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop integrated schedule with milestones and manage interdependencies.
• Drive priorities and execution across the program.
• Work cross-functionally to remove obstacles and keep schedule on track.
• Oversee the program budget and balance cost across subsystems.
• Lead program and design reviews and communicate progress.
• Negotiate with internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Develop company-wide program management processes and initiatives.
• Communicate and track progress effectively.
