Qualifications

• Effective negotiation to balance time, effort, and cost while protecting customer outcomes.
• Ability to deliver results and balance short-term goals with long-term impact.
• 7+ years collaborating with engineering teams; 5+ years in technical product or program management; 3+ years of software development.
• Experience managing cross-functional programs with release schedules and process improvements.
