Job summary

Salesforce seeks a Senior Technical Program Manager, Trust & Infrastructure to lead large-scale migration programs onto Hyperforce and related infrastructure initiatives. You will partner with Engineering, Capacity Planning, Product, Customer Enablement, and Operations to deliver predictable migrations at global scale, across internal external customers and new business.

This role thrives in ownership, delivery, and innovation, navigating challenges in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of enterprise software/technical program or engineering management experience.
• Led complex, cross-functional technical programs end to end.
• Public cloud infrastructure understanding for migration approaches and readiness.
• Translate technical risks into business impact and executive decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, multi-team migration programs from initiation to closure with milestones and governance.
• Coordinate migrations across internal/external customers and net-new business with engineering and business partners.
• Run program cadences (Steering Committee) and publish risk/decision updates for leadership.
• Track risks, issues, dependencies; define program metrics; use data/AI to guide priorities and reporting.
