Qualifications

• 8+ years of enterprise software/technical program or engineering management experience at an enterprise technology company.
• Led complex cross-functional technical programs end to end, including planning, dependency and risk management, governance, and stakeholder alignment.
• Understands public cloud infrastructure well enough to engage with engineers on migration approaches and readiness.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, multi-team migration programs from initiation through closure, aligning teams around scope, vision, and business goals with clear milestones, governance, and success criteria.
• Drive programs across multiple migration types, including existing internal and external customers and net-new business, aligning targets, sequencing, and readiness with engineering and business partners.
• Run program cadences, including Steering Committee meetings, to make decisions, remove obstacles, and manage escalations, and publish clear status for leaders with risks, asks, and decisions up front.
• Track risks, issues, and dependencies, define program metrics, and use data and AI tools to guide priorities and speed up planning and reporting.
