Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Technical Program Manager for the Trust Platform, focusing on Hyperforce and advanced security across networking, compute, and storage. You will partner with senior leaders to translate vision into executable plans, driving high-impact infrastructure programs.

You will lead cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable solutions while maintaining data residency, privacy, and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• 8+ years leading large-scale infrastructure programs with measurable outcomes.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management.
• Experience with identity and access management, data security, and network security is desirable.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams across complex, multi-domain programs.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of technical program planning and delivery for Identity and Access, Data Security, Network Security, and Technical Resilience.
• Develop relationships with key stakeholders to optimize delivery and align objectives.
• Lead regular reviews, provide status updates, and manage risks and dependencies across teams.
• Promote an agile, collaborative environment and advance our security strategy globally.
