Salesforce is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager, Trust & Infrastructure, to lead large-scale migration programs onto Hyperforce. You will partner with Engineering, Capacity Planning, Product, and Operations to deliver high-impact, low-risk migrations for internal and external customers at global scale.

• 8+ years of enterprise software/technical program or engineering management experience at an enterprise technology company.
• Led complex, cross-functional technical programs end-to-end including planning, dependency and risk management, governance, and stakeholder alignment.
• Comfortable engaging with engineers on migration approaches and readiness.
• Ability to turn technical risks into business impact and lead through ambiguity with ownership.

• Lead complex, multi-team migration programs from initiation through closure, with scope, milestones, governance and success criteria.
• Drive programs across migration types, aligning targets, sequencing and readiness with engineering and business partners.
• Run program cadences (Steering Committee) and publish clear status with risks, asks, and decisions.
• Track risks, issues and dependencies; define program metrics; use data/AI tools to guide priorities and planning.
