Job summary

Amazon's Frontier AI Assets (FAI) team works to improve the quality of data used to develop and evaluate AI models. This Senior Technical Program Manager will define program strategy, streamline processes across teams, and lead cross-functional development from design through delivery.

You will coordinate with science and engineering leaders, communicate status to senior management, and drive continuous process improvements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience.
• 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience.
• Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules.

Responsibilities

• The Sr. Technical Program Manager will interact with expert contributors, creators, cross partner teams, tooling owners - multiple stakeholders and leadership to deliver complex projects and programs.
• You will anticipate bottlenecks in the expert program workflow, provide escalation management, make trade-off decisions, and balance business needs versus technical constraints.
• Successful candidates will have technical skills to design and implement process and tooling solutions.
