Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC offers a Senior Technical Program Manager role in Forward Deployed Engineering within BIA. You will embed with GOS teams, co-build AI-powered solutions, and own data strategy and infrastructure to enable scalable AI programs.

You will lead end-to-end delivery, address risks, and guide engineers in building agentic AI solutions with current tooling and frameworks. The role emphasizes shipping impact-oriented AI at scale.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical program management experience.
• Experience developing, deploying and managing AI products at scale.
• Experience with SQL and Python scripting.
• Experience with AWS data services (S3, Glue, Athena, Redshift) and data stacks.

Responsibilities

• Embed with GOS operational teams, co-build from day one, and ship AI-powered solutions.
• Drive planning, coordination, and delivery of FDE AI programs, managing risk without direct authority.
• Own data and data-engineering strategy, architecture, and data quality decisions.
• Define reusable patterns and mentor engineers to scale AI delivery.
