Job summary

Amazon Leo is seeking a Sr. Technical Program Manager to lead fraud and abuse mitigation for Leo's customers and business. You will manage large programs, coordinate across Engineering, Operations, and Product, and own end-to-end delivery of features to reduce losses in a fast-paced environment.

You will own program definition, stakeholder communication, and cross-team accountability, while diving deep into architecture and complex systems to enable scalable protections.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience.
• 3+ years of software development experience.
• 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience.
• Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules.

Responsibilities

• Drive alignment across Engineering, Accounting, Operations, Product, Business and partner teams to deliver fraud and abuse mitigation features.
• Take end-to-end ownership and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
• Define and deliver the program, keep stakeholders informed with status, and remove blockers to ensure delivery.
• Understand software design concepts and contribute to large-scale architectures.
• Deliver launch plans with internal and external stakeholders and track progress across workstreams.
