Job summary
Amazon Leo Enterprise Enablement seeks a Sr. Technical Program Manager to partner with cross-functional teams to expand our enterprise reach and deliver a world-class product. You will shape the developer experience roadmap, track launches, and drive execution across Leo and broader Amazon engineering groups.
You will own metrics, manage risks, and keep leadership informed while collaborating with product, business, and engineering stakeholders. This role is based in Redmond, WA.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
- 5+ years working directly with engineering teams.
- Experience managing projects across cross-functional teams and coordinating releases.
- 5+ years of technical program management with software engineering teams.
- Experience defining KPI's/SLA's and reporting to senior leadership.
- 3+ years of software development experience.
- Experience managing international programs and product launches.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with engineering leaders to create plans for international expansion.
- Develop the developer experience roadmap with milestones and working backwards plans.
- Track and report launch status with engineering and product teams.
- Drive project execution, assess trade-offs, and resolve blockers.
- Provide visibility into launch status to stakeholders and leadership.
