Job summary

Amazon Leo is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead customer terminal release programs, guiding planning, testing, and deployment of software to millions of devices. You will own end-to-end delivery across multiple engineering teams, shape strategy, manage risks, and drive release quality and velocity.

You will collaborate with diverse teams, define success metrics, streamline processes, and influence stakeholders to ensure timely, high-quality software releases across the product

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience.
• 3+ years of software development experience.
• 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience.
• Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end delivery of cross-functional cross-organizational programs spanning multiple engineering teams and business units.
• Define program strategy, establish success criteria, and hold yourself and others accountable for outcomes.
• Identify risks and blockers early and resolve them with data-driven solutions.
• Challenge proposals and timelines, communicating rationale and driving execution.
• Build transparent mechanisms to accelerate decision-making and prevent recurring failures.
• Influence stakeholders without formal authority and drive operational excellence across programs.
