Amazon Leo seeks a Principal Technical Program Manager to lead the Leo Data Platform and Agentic AI programs. You will drive technical innovation and cross-team delivery, shaping data and AI practices, and engaging with senior leaders across business, tech, legal, and policy.
You will partner with senior engineers to map data origination and destinations, oversee design and funding, and own end-to-end data flows with accountability for ambitious 3+ year goals.

Leo is looking for a dynamic and high-judgment Principal Technical Program Manager (TPM) to join the Leo Data Platform and Agentic AI team. This role is responsible for driving technical innovation and high-impact program delivery across Leo services globally. In addition, the Principal TPM will play a key role in shaping the strategic direction of Leo's data and AI practices. This involves framing and engaging in high-stakes discussions and decision-making with senior leaders from business, technology, legal, and public policy teams.

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign‑on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
