Job summary

Amazon Leo Security is seeking a seasoned Technical Program Manager to lead security initiatives across multiple teams, driving risk management and program governance in a fast-paced, startup-like environment. You will partner with security engineers and senior leaders to shape roadmaps and ensure secure architecture and delivery.

• 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams.
• 5+ years of working directly with engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Be proactive in removing roadblocks and drive continuous improvement.
• Create and support cross-functional working groups and projects.
• Manage tight deadlines with precision and drive results.
• Own the program lifecycle for large, complex security initiatives across multiple teams.
• Partner with security engineers to perform design reviews and risk assessments.
• Develop and maintain risk registers, review processes, and reporting structures.
• Simplify cross-functional processes to increase efficiency for solution teams.
• Create compelling communications for Director and VP-level audiences, including 6-pagers and Monthly Program Reviews.
• Build consensus among stakeholders and align business and technical needs.
