Job summary

Google is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead priority technical programs delivering AI transformation, foundational infrastructure, and governance across the company. You will navigate ambiguity, drive long-term technical strategy, and coordinate complex execution across a broad ecosystem.

You will grow in ambiguity and complexity across technical, product, and organizational dimensions while working with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, and communicate clearly

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 10 years of experience in program management.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure, agentic AI frameworks and agent development, or model development lifecycle.
• Experience leading software programs and technical initiatives across multiple product areas.

Responsibilities

• Direct the complete lifecycle of complex, cross-functional engineering initiatives from strategic inception through delivery and continuous optimization across core platform teams.
• Distill intricate engineering execution and risk profiles into actionable executive reporting, leveraging metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to enhance cross-team operational visibility.
• Drive critical architecture decisions, proactively mitigate technical risks, and manage complex system migrations and deprecations to keep partner teams unblocked.
• Advocate ecosystem integration across various engineering groups and product areas, driving clarity, dependency resolution, and milestone alignment in highly ambiguous environments.
• Streamline cross-functional execution processes, partner with leadership to optimize platform tooling, and mentor TPM peers to expand organizational capability.
