Job summary
Coinbase is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to own end-to-end delivery of high-priority, cross-functional programs across trading, investing, and related financial products. You will translate strategy into actionable plans and ship features reliably and on time, partnering with Product, Engineering, Design, Data, and business partners.
The role requires leading multi-quarter initiatives with strong analytical skills, KPI definition, and risk management, in a remote-first environment
Qualifications
- 7+ years leading technical programs or similar roles in high-growth tech.
- Ability to drive programs from framing through launch with ambiguity and constraints.
- Technical fluency to engage with senior engineers on architecture choices.
- Ability to define program KPIs and use data to guide prioritization.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-functional programs from definition to launch and post-launch follow-up.
- Drive program cadence, status reviews, dashboards, and risk tracking across teams.
- Identify risks and dependencies, drive mitigations, and escalate when needed.
- Partner with engineering leads on reliability, scalability, and long-term maintainability.
- Translate business goals into executable program plans and KPIs.
