Qualifications

• 7+ years as a Technical Program Manager or engineering leader driving large technical programs.
• Experience guiding programs through ambiguity, tight timelines, and regulatory constraints.
• Technical fluency in distributed systems for architecture discussions with senior engineers.
• Experience defining program KPIs and using dashboards to guide prioritization.
• Familiarity with trading, fintech, crypto, or web3 ecosystems.
• Experience using generative AI with human oversight to improve workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-functional programs from problem definition through launch and post-launch follow-up.
• Drive the operating cadence for programs with kickoffs, reviews, dashboards, and risk tracking.
• Identify risks and cross-team dependencies, drive mitigations, escalate as needed.
• Partner with Engineering leads to evaluate architecture trade-offs for reliability and scalability.
• Translate product and business goals into executable program plans and measurable KPIs.
