Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in TPM or similar leadership of large technical programs.
• Experience navigating ambiguity, tight timelines, and regulatory constraints.
• Technical fluency with distributed systems to discuss architecture with staff+ engineers.
• Experience defining program KPIs and using dashboards to guide prioritization.
• Familiarity with fintech, crypto, or DeFi ecosystems.
• Responsible use of generative AI with human oversight.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-functional programs from problem definition through launch and post-launch follow-up, ensuring scope, milestones, dependencies, and success metrics are defined and tracked.
• Drive the operating cadence for your programs (kickoffs, status reviews, dashboards, risk tracking) to keep teams aligned and accountable across Product, Engineering, Design, Data, and business partners.
• Identify risks and cross-team dependencies proactively, drive mitigations, and escalation crisply when leadership decisions are needed.
• Partner with Engineering leads to evaluate technical trade-offs around reliability, scalability, and long-term maintainability, ensuring architecture decisions support program goals.
• Translate product and business goals into executable program plans and define program-level KPIs that guide prioritization and decision-making.
