Job summary

Stripe is seeking a product-focused Technical Program Manager to drive the Extensibility program across the Workflows, Custom Objects, and Scripts workstreams. This newly created, high-impact role sits at the intersection of platform engineering, product management, and cross-organizational program ownership.

You will own one of the most strategically consequential programs in DEeP - driving the direction, health, and outcomes of Stripe's Extensibility platform across Scripts, Custom Objects,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical program management experience leading cross-organizational programs.
• Strong product sense and ability to understand enterprise customer needs.
• Excellent communication with engineering, product, and executives.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive consensus.
• Track record of delivering programs in complex technical environments.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive cross-org decisions across DRIs in Script Platform, Custom Objects, Apps, SDK, Observability, DevEx, and Versioning; resolve integration and ownership questions.
• Own the critical path to major launches; shape scope, descope decisions, and negotiate trade-offs across teams.
• Influence and shape product and engineering roadmaps with a program-level perspective.
• Support ProServ and Partnerships; surface requirements into the roadmap with the same rigor as product requirements.
