Stripe is seeking a product-focused Technical Program Manager to drive the Extensibility program across Workflows, Custom Objects, and Scripts workstreams. This role sits at the intersection of platform engineering, product management, and cross-organizational program ownership in a high-impact area.

You will own the program strategy, coordinate DRIs, and ensure alignment across multiple teams to drive successful launches and customer outcomes.

Formación

• 5+ years of technical program management in cross-organizational initiatives.
• Strong product sense and ability to understand enterprise customer needs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across engineering, product, and executive audiences.
• Ability to lead and align cross-functional teams and resolve conflicts.
• Proven track record delivering programs in complex technical environments.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

Responsabilidades

• Drive cross-org decisions across Script Platform, Custom Objects, Apps, SDK, Observability, DevEx, and Versioning.
• Own the critical path to major launches and negotiate scope & trade-offs across teams.
• Influence product and engineering roadmaps with a program-level perspective.
• Support ProServ and Partnerships by surfacing requirements into the roadmap with rigor.
