Fin, a leading AI customer agent company, is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager for Enterprise Systems in the San Francisco Bay Area. You will own end-to-end delivery of complex multi-team programs spanning Finance, People, Legal and Engineering, turning ambiguous problems into sequenced, funded initiatives.

Qualifications

• 6+ years delivering enterprise system programs from initiation to go-live and stabilisation.
• Solid command of program management fundamentals (planning, sequencing, risk management, reporting).
• Experience delivering multiple concurrent workstreams without scope or timeline loss.
• Direct experience with Finance and People systems, specifically NetSuite and Workday.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of complex Enterprise Systems programs spanning multiple teams.
• Partner with Finance, Billing and People teams to translate problems into solutions.
• Shape initiatives before they become projects by defining scope and success metrics.
• Manage stakeholders with clear expectations and timely communication.
• Plan delivery around business cycles (month end, quarter end, payroll).
• Own roadmap communications across IT groups and senior stakeholders.
• Lead implementations with requirements, specs, UAT, cutover and hypercare.
• Identify and mitigate risks early with actionable options.
