Robert Bosch Tool Corporation is seeking a Sr. TPM Engineer to define and deploy the TEF3 maintenance strategy across two plants.

You will drive TPM governance, design maintenance processes, and coordinate across Maintenance, Reliability Engineering, TEF2, and Production to advance maintenance excellence. Your role includes leading cross-functional improvement projects, establishing KPI-driven reporting, and ensuring compliance with Lo-ES standards.
