Job summary

RTX, a leading aerospace and defense company, seeks a TPM/Engineering Manager in Georgia to lead equipment reliability and TPM/CORE initiatives. The role entails supervising teams, developing SOPs, coaching engineers, and driving standard work and continuous improvement across high-mix manufacturing.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in engineering or manufacturing maintenance, Lean/Six Sigma exposure, and strong project management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering or related field with extensive experience in manufacturing environments.
• Lean tools and continuous improvement experience required.
• Experience leading TPM implementation, 6S, and reliability initiatives preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team to identify, categorize and review equipment and schedule maintenance.
• Lead TPM/CORE standards and baseline current state of equipment.
• Drive TPM projects with standard work, future state analysis and knowledge sharing.
• Create SOPs for CORE processes and train personnel.
• Document benefits, uptime, OEE and yield improvements.
