Job summary

Stratas Foods LLC seeks a Maintenance Reliability Manager to drive TPM transformation across manufacturing sites. You will coach leadership, deploy TPM/RCM strategies, and foster a culture of standardized work, problem solving, and continuous improvement.

The role emphasizes spearheading CI initiatives, coordinating master plans, and delivering improvements in line efficiency, safety, and compliance, with significant travel.

Qualifications

• Education: degree in engineering or equivalent experience.
• Experience: 8 years in manufacturing and supply chain; TPM experience across multiple sites or large location.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and CMMS; Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt; PMP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, teach and coach TPM implementation.
• Collaborate with plant leadership to deploy TPM and KPIs.
• Travel up to 75% during implementation; 50-75% normally.
