Job summary

Robert Bosch Tool Corporation seeks an Sr. TPM Engineer to drive TPM strategy deployment and governance across twin plants. You will lead cross-functional initiatives, coordinate Lo-ES safety actions, and design maintenance systems including SAP PM and dashboards.

You will define KPIs, maintain standardized processes, and partner with TEF2 and Reliability teams to advance maintenance excellence. Strong TPM and Lean background required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, industrial technology, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• 5 years of experience required; equivalent combination of education and experience considered.
• Special TPM/Lean/Maintenance certs such as SAP PM or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Translate TEF3 maintenance strategy into a TPM roadmap with priorities across Lct101 and Lct102.
• Coordinate TPM pillar activities, maturity assessments, and cross-functional improvement with Maintenance and Production.
• Track deployment progress and ensure actions are implemented, sustained, and escalated when needed.
• Map and improve maintenance processes, workflows, roles, and interfaces for maintenance excellence.
• Define requirements and governance for maintenance systems including SAP PM, MAE, MAZE, and dashboards.
• Identify gaps and coordinate corrective actions with Maintenance, Reliability Engineering, TEF2, and others.
• Develop and maintain standardized maintenance processes, routines, and governance across sites.
• Coordinate audits, action plans, and compliance with defined standards.
• Act as plant coordinator for Electrical Safety Lo-ES, coordinate implementation and corrective actions.
• Define KPI structures and data requirements for data-driven maintenance decisions.
• Ensure data integrity of maintenance performance with TEF2 and system stakeholders.
• Identify trends and coordinate structured improvements with TEF3 functions.
• Define competence requirements and coordinate development with Leadership, SMEs, and Production.
• Lead cross-functional improvement projects and provide progress transparency.
• Escalate obstacles and coordinate corrective actions.
