The role emphasizes KPI dashboards, data integrity, audits, and ongoing improvements through collaboration with Manufacturing, Equipment, Process, Quality, IT, and Facilities teams.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Manufacturing.
• 2+ years’ experience as a semiconductor equipment engineer with mechanical aptitude.
• Strong analytics using SQL, Tableau, Python to drive fab improvements.
• Experience leading cross-functional continuous-improvement initiatives.

Responsabilidades

• Drive TPM deployment and sustainment with actionable priorities and dashboards.
• Partner with Manufacturing, Equipment, Process, Quality, IT, Facilities and TPM teams.
• Ensure data integrity, audit readiness and compliance across operations.
• Develop KPIs, dashboards, notifications and automated workflows.
• Lead program communications with status updates and leadership reviews.
