Job summary

SC Johnson GmbH is seeking a maintenance project leader to partner with engineering and maintenance teams in a fast-paced industrial environment. You will drive launches, cost-saving initiatives and strategic projects, ensuring safety standards are met and MOC documentation is managed.

The role requires strong SAP and MS Office skills, with a track record in TPM/Lean and continuous improvement. A technical certification or Journeyman status and 7+ years of relevant experience are expected.

Qualifications

• Technical College certification in a related field of engineering and/or maintenance, or Journeyman with a minimum of 7 years of qualified experience.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience in a technical field may be accepted.
• Computer skills include MS Office and SAP.

Responsibilities

• Provide project management leadership to the maintenance organization.
• Liaise between engineering and maintenance; align cross-functional areas to drive results.
• Lead problem-solving and root cause investigations; reduce process variation.
