Job summary

SC Johnson in Wisconsin is seeking a maintenance project lead to excel at coordinating between engineering and maintenance and to drive improvements. You will lead problem solving, root cause analysis, and standardize processes across technologies and lines.

You will support new product launches, cost savings initiatives, and TPM/Lean activities, while mentoring technicians and ensuring SAP-based documentation and cross-functional alignment.

Qualifications

• Technical College certification in a related field of engineering and/or maintenance, or Journeyman, with 7+ years of qualified experience.
• Proficient computer skills with MS Office and SAP; experience with maintenance planning and project management.

Responsibilities

• Provide project management leadership to the maintenance organization and liaise between engineering and maintenance.
• Collaborate with cross functional areas to drive alignment and successful results.
• Lead problem solving, root cause analysis, and eliminate process variation for improvements.
• Support new product launches and equipment upgrades, and drive cost savings initiatives.
• Mentor technicians, coordinate with planners, and ensure documentation in SAP.
