Anduril Industries is seeking a Technical Program Manager to oversee the software release lifecycle within Air Dominance & Strike. You will partner with engineering leadership to ensure on-time, high-quality releases that support customers.

This role requires 4+ years in technical programs, eligibility for US TS clearance, and a data-driven, organized approach to manage complex, multi-team releases. The position offers competitive compensation and equity grants.

Qualifications

• 4+ years managing technical programs in mission-critical software.
• Eligible for US Top Secret clearance.
• Deep understanding of software lifecycles, architectures, testing & QA.
• Strong prioritization to resolve critical path issues.
• Exceptional communication across technical audiences.
• Data-driven mindset using metrics to drive quality.
• Highly organized, able to juggle multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end release process from planning to deployment.
• Define quality gates, tests, and release metrics.
• Bridge engineering, test, and program management teams.
• Establish prioritization frameworks and address blockers.
• Architect a scalable release process with continuous improvement.
• Use JIRA/Confluence to track progress and communicate status.
