Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Technical Program Manager to oversee the software release lifecycle within Air Dominance & Strike. You will partner with engineering leadership to ensure on-time, high-quality software releases supporting customers.

Qualifications

4+ years of experience managing technical programs in fast-paced software environments.
Must be eligible to hold a US Top Secret clearance.
Strong communication and analytical skills for cross-team collaboration.
Ability to identify risks and drive issues to resolution.
Experience with release management, CI/CD, and QA practices.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end software release process from planning to deployment.
Define quality gates, test strategies, and release metrics with engineering.
Coordinate across engineering, test & evaluation, and program management.
Establish prioritization frameworks and drive critical path issues to resolution.
Design scalable release processes balancing speed and stability.
Use Jira/Confluence to track progress and communicate with stakeholders.
