Qualifications

• 4+ years of proven experience managing technical programs in high-paced, mission-critical software development environments.
• Must be eligible to hold a US Top Secret clearance.
• Deep technical acumen: understand software development lifecycles, system architectures, testing methodologies, and QA principles.
• Relentless prioritization: identify, elevate, and drive critical path issues to resolution.
• Exceptional communication: translate technical details to diverse internal audiences.
• Data-driven and analytical mindset: leverage metrics to drive decisions and improve quality.
• Highly organized: manage concurrent priorities in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Release Ownership: drive the software release process from planning to testing and deployment.
• Architect & Elevate Release Quality: define quality gates, test strategies, and release metrics; ensure rigorous testing.
• Bridge Teams and Drive Execution: connect engineering, test & evaluation, and program management teams.
• Strategic Prioritization & Decisive Execution: establish prioritization frameworks and resolve blockers.
• Continuous Process Improvement: design release management processes that balance speed with stability.
• Transparency & Data-Driven Management: use JIRA/Confluence to track progress and metrics.
