Job summary

AMD Austin seeks a Technical Program Manager to lead multi-discipline engineering teams for next-gen data center systems. You will oversee projects from proof of concept to customer ship, balancing technical depth with executive-level communication.

Ideal candidates will blend leadership with technical acumen across silicon, software, and board elements, coordinating across sites to meet ambitious product requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience driving hardware+software product development.
• Strong understanding of AI technologies (ML, NLP, CV).
• Proven track record leading large, cross-functional programs on time/budget.

Responsibilities

• Partner with electrical, FW, thermal and mechanical teams to define, design and verify hardware.
• Lead pathfinding with architects and verify system design POCs.
• Coordinate with vendors and supply chain for vendor selection and delivery.
• Coordinate with design and operations teams to develop cohesive development plans.
• Lead design issue resolutions impacting program deliverables.
• Develop best-in-class processes to scale the organization.
