Job summary

Advanced Micro Devices (AMD) seeks a Technical Program Manager to lead multi-discipline engineering teams from concept to customer ship for next-generation data center systems. You will navigate silicon, software and board interactions across sites, guiding complex, fast-paced programs.

The ideal candidate blends leadership and technical acumen to drive high-impact projects, with strong collaboration across product design, manufacturing, firmware and software teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• MBA or PMI PMP certification is a plus.
• Experience leading hardware-software integrated programs.

Responsibilities

• Partner with electrical, FW, thermal and mechanical engineering teams to define, design and verify hardware.
• Lead system design POCs with architects and cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate with vendors and supply chain for procurement and delivery.
• Develop cohesive development plans with product design, manufacturing engineering, firmware and software.
• Lead design issue resolutions impacting program deliverables.
• Develop best-in-class processes to scale the organization for new challenges.
