Qualifications

• Proven experience owning system-level hardware programs across the full development lifecycle.
• Strong depth in hardware systems including PCBAs, power, thermal, and packaging.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams across hardware, firmware/BIOS, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain.
• Data-driven decision making with clear metrics and risk management.
• Customer-facing experience and ability to communicate with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own system-level hardware program strategy and execution across feature delivery, quality, and supply continuity.
• Drive cross-functional alignment translating platform capabilities into executable plans.
• Lead complex, multi-disciplinary system solutions spanning PCBAs, mechanicals, power, thermal, OS, BIOS, and diagnostics.
• Act as system-level integrator, aligning hardware, firmware, and software architectures.
• Establish weekly program reviews and milestone checkpoints with stakeholders.
• Mentor other TPMs and leads to raise execution rigor.
