Job summary

AMD is seeking a Technical Program Manager in Austin to lead complex Data Center CPU and Enterprise AI programs from concept to mass production. You will coordinate with Engineering, Business Development, Product Management and Supply Chain to plan requirements, schedules, and budgets.

You will drive end-to-end execution across silicon, system and software, ensuring alignment with executive leadership and AMD customers. Strong communication and multi-site collaboration are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Progressive experience in new product development from design to program management.
• Experience as a Technical Program Lead for Data Center CPUs/GPUs with trade-off assessments.
• Ability to lead multi-site, multi-disciplinary engineering programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of Data Center CPU/GPUs from concept to mass production.
• Own product execution across silicon, system, and software with accountability.
• Drive automation, analytics, and process improvements for productivity.
• Prioritize obstacles and align schedules, budgets, and risks.
• Communicate status to senior executives and AMD customers.
