Job summary

AMD Austin seeks an experienced Project/Program Manager to lead cross‑functional infrastructure projects across our R&D labs and manufacturing environments. You will guide design, permitting, and construction, and align project budgets and schedules while partnering with stakeholders from facilities to engineering teams.

You will manage day‑to‑day interactions, prepare detailed project reports, and ensure compliance with codes and safety standards while delivering multi‑generation product lines

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related discipline required.
• Proven project/program management experience in a high‑tech environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day client interactions and expectations.
• Partner with facilities management and engineering teams.
• Develop and maintain project budgets and schedules across phases.
• Coordinate reports and reviews for conceptual, design development and construction phases.
• Oversee contractors and consultants, ensuring cost controls and quality.
