Job summary

EdgeConneX is seeking a Technical Program Manager, Engineering to oversee end-to-end data center projects, from design review through handover. You will coordinate mechanical, electrical, IT, and operations teams to deliver hyperscale facilities on time and within budget.

The role requires strong mechanical and electrical expertise, 10+ years in data center construction/commissioning, and hands-on leadership in Tier III+ environments. Local Harquahala, AZ, hybrid onsite with some travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Electrical, Mechanical, or Building Services Engineering.
• Master's in engineering leadership or MBA preferred.
• PMP, CDCP, ATD certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead full project lifecycle from planning to handover.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams (MEP, IT, security, ops).
• Ensure compliance with NFPA, ISO, and industry standards.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and risk registers.
• Oversee EPC/DB delivery models and contractor performance.
