Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Sr. Technical Program Manager for at-scale data center electrical product programs. You will drive end-to-end delivery, from concept through deployment, coordinating engineering, qualification, and manufacturing readiness across global facilities.

The role requires strong program leadership, stakeholder management, and the ability to navigate a fast-paced, complex environment with a bias for action.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• 5+ years of working directly with engineering teams.
• Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams with release planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional programs that design, develop, launch LV power distribution products with large annual production.
• Set cadence for engineering and design teams; drive NPI milestones and manufacturing readiness.
• Engage internal and external teams to align requirements and delivery against roadmaps.
• Build detailed program plans with milestones and success criteria across workstreams.
• Coordinate between teams to manage interdependencies and secure resources and budget.
• Identify, communicate, and mitigate risks; report status and escalations to Sr. Management.
• Own and drive delivery lifecycle from kickoff to wide-scale deployment and deprecation.
• Work independently in a high-pressure environment with leadership at all levels.
