Job summary

Amazon Data Services, Inc. in the United States seeks a Sr. Technical Program Manager to lead cross-functional programs across data center electrical products and at-scale deployment from concept through manufacturing readiness.

You will synchronize engineering, design, qualification and supply chain activities to deliver reliable power distribution for hyperscale sites. The role requires strong program management with a track record in product development, collaboration with engineering teams,

Qualifications

5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
5+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience.
Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules.
Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Lead cross-functional programs that design, develop, launch, and support LV power distribution, monitoring, and switching products with large annual production.
Set cadence for product engineering and design teams, drive NPI milestones and manufacturing readiness.
Coordinate between multiple teams to align requirements, dependencies, and delivery against roadmaps.
Build detailed program plans with milestones, deliverables, and success criteria.
Identify, communicate, and mitigate program risks and blockers, and report status to Sr. Management.
Own the complete delivery lifecycle from kickoff to wide-scale deployment and deprecation.
