Perchwell, Inc. in New York, NY seeks a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead multi-stream SaaS initiatives, partnering with Product, Engineering, Design, Data, QA, and executive leadership to ensure predictable delivery across critical programs including infrastructure and MLS-related deliverables.

You will surface risks early, drive cross-functional alignment, and implement execution systems that scale with organizational complexity while maintaining speed and accountability.

Qualifikationen

• 6+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, Engineering Program Management, or equivalent roles within complex SaaS organizations.
• Experience leading large, cross-functional initiatives with significant technical dependencies and executive visibility.
• Strong technical fluency and the ability to engage deeply with engineering teams on architecture, sequencing, and tradeoffs.
• Proven ability to operate in fast-paced, high-accountability environments with a bias toward outcomes over process.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting to senior stakeholders and executives.
• A strategic mindset paired with hands-on execution capability - able to zoom out to see portfolio risk and zoom in to unblock delivery details.

Aufgaben

• Lead portfolio-level program execution - define, maintain, and drive integrated delivery plans across Perchwell's highest-priority initiatives.
• Establish and manage cross-initiative dependencies - proactively coordinate sequencing, shared resources, and handoffs across Product, Engineering, Design, QA, Data, and Go-To-Market teams.
• Implement standardized reporting and operating rhythms - provide consistent, executive-ready visibility into portfolio health, risks, trade-offs, and mitigation plans.
• Partner directly with executive leadership - translate strategic objectives into staged, executable plans and surface key decision points early.
• Elevate execution rigor across the organization - define best practices for program planning, risk management, and delivery hygiene while maintaining speed and accountability.
