Job summary

NetApp is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager for the Google Distributed Cloud partnership. You will translate partner priorities into actionable engineering plans and drive delivery across NetApp products, including cloud integrations and storage solutions.

You will manage cross‑functional teams, triage requests through Product Variance, and maintain executive‑level status reporting. Strong program discipline and collaboration across time zones are essential for success.

Qualifications

10–12+ years in technical program management, partner engineering, release management, or equivalent leadership of complex cross‑organizational software programs.
Primary liaison between Google and NetApp engineering, ensuring clear communication and follow‑through on commitments.
Own partner-facing program delivery for Google deliverables across NetApp products including infrastructure, Kubernetes/storage integration, and object storage.
Ability to run Agile, waterfall, or hybrid models; adapt rhythms to partner cadence and team practices.
Influence without direct authority across engineering, product, support, and partner teams to align on priorities and delivery commitments.

Responsibilities

Triaging and tracking incoming asks through the Product Variance Request process; capture scope and validate feasibility.
Build and maintain integrated program plans with milestones, dependencies, owners, and risks.
Provide executive‑level status reports on priorities, progress, risks, and delivery timelines to Google and NetApp leadership.
Support cases and escalations affecting Google environments; coordinate between Google Support, NetApp support, and engineering to drive root‑cause resolution.
