Job summary

Google seeks a Technical Program Manager to lead multi-disciplinary projects within Google Cloud, working with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, manage schedules, and communicate across teams. You’ll translate analyses into actionable recommendations and align product development with strategic goals.

You will drive cross-functional partnerships, oversee governance with standards and controls, and support scalable, customer-focused outcomes across a diverse set of initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in program management.
• Experience leading software development programs.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Business Platform Product Management and Engineering) to shape the goals, strategy, and roadmap for Google Cloud.
• Analyze processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and define requirements through global cross-functional partnerships.
• Assist product and engineering teams to measure and improve product excellence.
• Identify areas of opportunity for process improvement and solutions, encourage best practices with global stakeholders to deliver a positive experience to customers.
• Oversee and enforce mandatory software development standards and regulatory controls (e.g., SOX) across the project lifecycle.
