Job summary

Google is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from planning to delivery within Google Cloud Platform. You will coordinate with engineers, product, and business stakeholders to define requirements, identify risks, and manage schedules for ambitious capacity planning programs.

You will work with senior cross-functional teams to scope, phase, and lead challenging projects, ensuring alignment with business priorities and delivering outcomes at scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in program management.
• Experience in capacity planning, demand planning, or supply chain.
• Experience working with engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead several engineering program management for a fast paced, innovative engineering team. Work hand-in-hand with our cross-organizational engineering, product and business stakeholders to deliver outstanding program outcomes alignment with business priorities.
• Identify stakeholders and work with them to strategize, plan, and prioritize objectives and success criteria.
• Manage project schedules, identify possible issues and clearly communicate them to project stakeholders and leadership.
• Take responsibility for release schedules and milestones, keeping up a high velocity in a fast-paced environment.
