Job summary

NetApp is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead end-to-end programs in Cloud Storage & Services. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage milestones, and partner with engineering and product leadership to deliver SaaS cloud storage initiatives across Azure, Google Cloud, and AWS.

The role requires 10+ years in technology program management, strong Agile and release-train experience, and excellent communication. Hybrid work model and competitive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience delivering multi-product technology programs
• Delivery of complex, multi-team platforms or infrastructure programs in cloud/storage/SaaS environments
• Strong understanding of interdependencies, prioritization, and resource planning
• Ability to read and challenge architecture and release plans
• Proven influence with senior leaders in a matrixed org
• Experience with Agile-at-scale and release train mechanics

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end program management and delivery across geographies
• Drive cross-functional alignment and clear milestones
• Identify resource needs and facilitate prioritization with engineering and product leadership
• Build relationships with senior business and shared services partners
• Decompose initiatives into milestones with acceptance criteria and gates
• Identify risks early and propose options with cost-of-delay analysis
• Deliver concise executive briefings on progress and health
• Represent the program in portfolio reviews and planning
• Improve program traceability and automate TPM workflows
