Job summary

Full Swing Golf Inc is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to own delivery for our most complex, high-risk software initiatives and to drive forecasts across multiple teams. You will surface and resolve cross-tribe dependencies, defend commitments, and provide recovery plans when schedules slip.

You will mentor TPMs, promote a data-driven planning culture, and partner with engineering, QA, product, and design leaders to ensure timely delivery under ambiguity.

Qualifications

• 10+ years as a Technical Program Manager in software engineering.
• Strong technical fluency to read architecture and challenge trade-offs.
• Experience building data-driven forecasting models across teams.
• Proficiency with Jira and Confluence for cross-project mapping and reporting.
• Experience in agile/hybrid delivery within engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery for the organization's most complex programs across multiple teams.
• Build master timelines based on capacity and historical throughput to support leadership commitments.
• Map and resolve cross-tribe dependencies to prevent schedule slips.
• Provide release forecasts and recovery plans when dates shift.
• Maintain risk registers and serve as escalation point on risk issues.
• Run program reviews focused on decisions and blockers, not status updates.
• Engage executives with accountable discussions on plan, scope, and trade-offs.
• Mentor other TPMs toward forecasting standards and best practices.
• Lead post-release retrospectives to feed improvements back into planning.
