Rivian's Normal, IL facility seeks a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead cross-functional program execution across joining, assembly, tooling, and simulation within Body Manufacturing Engineering. You will translate commitments into readiness, manage risks, and drive escalation pathways, reporting to a Senior Manager, Manufacturing Engineering.

Responsibilities include coordinating with Design Engineering, Supply Chain, CAPEX/Finance, Facilities, and Plant Operations, leveraging data and AI

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, or related technical field).
• Advanced degree preferred.
• 4+ years in automotive manufacturing engineering, technical program management, or BIW development.

Mansioni

• Drive the integrated program schedule from concept through SOSP and production.
• Align cross-functional teams to ensure equipment, tooling, and process readiness.
• Identify and mitigate program risks regarding cost, timing, quality, mass, and tooling budget.
• Translate DFM studies and simulation insights into actionable design and process decisions.
• Manage engineering changes, tooling modifications, and line trials for running product updates.
