Rivian Automotive is seeking a Staff Technical Program Manager for Vehicle Service Readiness and Product Integration. You will bridge Product Development and Service Operations, ensuring service tooling, manuals, and diagnostics mature before vehicle launches while driving governance across TPMs.

The role reports in hybrid capacity to Irvine, CA, partnering with PD, Service Engineering, and SNPI teams to optimize lifecycle service strategies for R1, EDV, and R2 platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Systems Engineering or related field.
• 6–10+ years of technical program management, systems engineering, automotive launch operations, or related.
• Proven ability to influence matrixed stakeholders in high-velocity product development.
• Familiarity with CATIA or equivalent CAD and PLM systems; strong in JIRA/Confluence, Flow.

Responsabilités

• Lead regular technical reviews to gather, analyze, and integrate hardware, software, service tooling, and other service-related requirements across multiple vehicle platforms.
• Translate serviceability constraints into clear targets tied to milestones and publish standard playbooks for TPMs.
• Present unified service positions to Product Development and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Drive service requirements into CAD reviews and design iterations to protect program timing.
• Mentor peer TPMs and drive governance for requirements integration.
