Job summary

Anthropic is seeking a Technical Program Manager to own cross-functional programs in the billing space. You will partner with billing engineering, GTM systems, finance, treasury, product, and support to provide leadership with a clear view of priorities and progress.

Responsibilities include shaping billing foundations, standardizing intake, managing the promotions program end-to-end, and ensuring pricing, metering, invoicing, and reporting are in place for all launches.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6+ years of technical program management experience.
• Experience reasoning about metering, invoicing, and payment flows and the data pipelines behind them.
• Experience running launch readiness programs for new products with commercial and billing paths.

Responsibilities

• Drive cross-team programs that build billing platform foundations from scoping to delivery.
• Standardize intake and ownership across billing teams and stakeholders.
• Own the promotions program end-to-end from proposal to reconciliation for self-serve and sales-led programs.
• Own commercialization and launch readiness for billing with pricing, metering, invoicing, and reporting in place.
• Own the change process for the charge pipeline.
• Run payments operations programs with finance and treasury, including currency and FX.
